Information collected

Enquiry forms collect your name, phone number, route, cargo requirements and optional contact details. Submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 for AG staff to follow up, and notifications are sent through Cloudflare Email Service. Do not submit identity documents, payment information or confidential shipment documents.

Purpose and access

AG Shipping & Transport uses this information to respond to transport requests. Only authorized staff can access enquiries and private reviews. Staff login uses an HTTP-only session cookie. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not plain text. Sessions expire after eight hours.

Customer reviews

Reviews include your name, optional company and email, rating, feedback and publication permission. Reviews are private until approved. Approved reviews display your name, company, rating and feedback; your email remains private. Contact the office to request correction or removal.

Media

Approved photographs are stored in Cloudflare R2 and appear publicly when published. Previously downloaded public images cannot be recalled. Hosted reels can play muted when visible, with pause and sound controls. Reduced-motion and data-saving preferences are respected. YouTube and map embeds load when selected; external services apply their own privacy policies.

Security

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect submission forms and can process browser or device signals. Hashed network identifiers are retained briefly for rate limiting. This website does not configure advertising analytics.

Retention and requests

Enquiries remain available until authorized staff delete them. The business must confirm a retention schedule before launch. Contact the office using the details on the Contact page for privacy requests. This policy must be approved by the business before public launch.
